Coming up with new ideas...

Spent some time researching all things subterranean for a t-shirt design I have in mind for my friend Jay's band, The Subterraneans. Came up with about 6 cool ideas so I'm going to spend some time sketching them out on paper before I commit to Illustrator.

I'm thinking tunnels, passageways, and tree roots are all good themes to start with. I found some interesting stuff while randomly searching google that I'm going to use as inspiration. I also want to try to keep it simple so as not to overcomplicate the design for print.

Wish I had more hours in the day!
